East Bay Chamber Opens Online Store for Rhode Island's Got Talent Show Memorabilia
East Bay Chamber opens an online storefront through CafePress.com to offer merchandise related to Rhode Island’s Got Talent Show on August 16th at Barrington High School.
Bristol, RI August 8, 2008 - East Bay Chamber of Commerce announced the opening of their online store offering Rhode Island's Got Talent merchandise and apparel. Items include shirts, hats, mugs, mousepads and more. Prices range between $9 - $25, proceeds benefiting the East Bay Chamber of Commerce and the Women's Resource Center of Newport and Bristol Counties.
Charlie Hall of Ocean State Follies will be the host for the much anticipated event taking place on August 16th at Barrington High School. Tickets to Rhode Island's Got Talent are priced at $10 for adults and $6 for children younger than 10 and will be available for purchase the night of the event only. Judges for the event include Matt Roberts, acclaimed comedian, emcee and magician, Lawrence Lepore, Executive Director of the Dunkin Donuts Center in Providence and Patrick Little, award winning sportscaster for WPRI and Fox Providence and Barrington native. The accounting firm Devine & Associates of Bristol has been retained to tabulate the results of the competition.
$1,750 in cash prizes will be awarded to the winners and the first place winner will perform the National Anthem at a Pawtucket Red Sox Baseball Club game during the 2009 season. A portion of the evening’s proceeds will be donated to the Women's Resource Center of Newport and Bristol Counties. Winners will be announced on the night of the performance.
