Eligible Talent: singing, dancing, acting, piano playing, magic, comedy, drama,
playing of any musical instrument, performance art, acrobatics, scene performance,
and whatever else you think might win you a prize. Acts are required to be family-friendly
with content appropriate for all ages.

(if you’re under 18 your application needs to be accompanied by this TALENT SHOW RELEASE FORM)
- Each entry must provide the East Bay Chamber of Commerce a DVD, VHS tape, or online link (i.e. YouTube) of the performance in which the entry will perform the night of the show.
- Send or complete online application, bank check for $50
(or click "buy now" below to pay online via PayPal) and the DVD/VHS tape to: East Bay Chamber of Commerce, 16 Cutler Street, Suite 102, Warren Rhode Island 02885 by 4 pm on Tuesday, June 30th. Any applications the East Bay Chamber of Commerce receives after the above deadline will not be a valid entry.
- Once the committee reviews all entries, a letter inviting the entry to participate in “Rhode Island’s Got Talent” show will be sent by July 1, 2009. The acceptance letter will include all pertinent information for the entry to proceed into the show. Entries that were not selected will be sent a letter of decline.
- ABSOLUTELY NO TELEPHONE CALLS OR WALK IN INQUIRIES OF ENTRY STATUS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
